MCHS Regional Facilities and Maintenance Manager (West Coast - San Diego)

Incumbent reports to the Official Lodging Facilities and Maintenance Manager and works directly with Marine Corps Official Lodging Manager, Official Lodging Regional Managers, Installation Lodging Program Managers, and property level maintenance staff across the entire Marine Corps Hospitality Services (MCHS) portfolio to support the management of the facility infrastructure, equipment, and mechanical systems within their Region. The incumbent assists in development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise preventative maintenance program for all facilities in their Region to include compliance with the enterprise Computer Maintenance Management System Standard Operating procedures. Assists in the development and implementation of standard daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and defines property walk through standards.
