SUPERVISORY TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

You will be responsible for program management of the Marine Corps Recruit Training and military training for assigned personnel. You will be responsible for serving as the primary source of continuity and expertise regarding planning, coordinating, conducting, evaluating, and administering Marine Corps policy and doctrine for training. You will be responsible for managing the recruit training process that includes planning, curriculum development, execution, assessment, and feedback/refinement. You will be responsible for ensuring effective workload distribution and utilization of personnel skills and abilities. You will be responsible for performing supervisory duties including employee compliance, hiring, development, and performance management.
