Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst serves as the supervisor of the Performance Support Unit (PSU) within the Operations Support Division of the Office of Community Supervision and Intervention Services (OCSIS). The incumbent leads policy development, training coordination, and data analysis efforts that directly support community supervision operations across the Agency. Key Responsibilities Include: Policy and Program Development: Leads the review, development, and updating of OCSIS policies, procedures, and operating instructions. Translates organizational goals into actionable policy and program guidance. Training Coordination: Collaborates with the Office of Training and Career Development to develop and coordinate training initiatives that enhance staff skills and support operational needs. Data and Performance Management: Oversees the creation, analysis, and distribution of OCSIS operational reports. Develops data collection strategies, analytical tools, and performan
