Assessment, Evaluation and Placement Specialist

The incumbent will conduct a full range of assessments for offenders/defendants and develop integrated case plans based on assessment results to identify appropriate intervention services. They will perform case management services utilizing social service program resources, develop and monitor treatment plans, set goals, assess client progress, and create reports on offenders' program performance. As an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings, the incumbent will provide rationale, explanations, and recommendations. They will work closely with Community Supervision Officers to develop and submit referrals for treatment services and make recommendations to the primary Community Supervision Officer and Supervision Team regarding offenders' status and progress.
