IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC)

Ensure software updates and security patches are applied as required by Information Assurance security standards as set by Department of Defense and Department of the Army regulations and directives. Assist in the preparation of documentation for systems security accreditation package submissions as well as for scheduled and unscheduled systems security inspection. Develop the system data backup and recovery plan for all Systems Management Team supported systems and ensures the successful execution of that plan. Coach junior members of the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques. Prepare statements of work, researches contract conflicts and recommends resolutions.
