Technical Advisor (Lead Writer-Editor)

Coordinate all major health communication announcements going out of the Center (often with significant public and Hill attention and of a sensitive nature). Serve as a communications team leader and project manager, guiding multiple groups within the organization to implement a cohesive plan of action and ensure adherence from all parties involved in the announcements. Oversee the planning and execution of all communications activities including writing/clearance of communications materials, stakeholder engagement strategy, social media, web page maintenance, multimedia content development laand related events. Provide expert editorial review, problem-solving emerging issues, and tracking deliverables and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
