SUPV IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT)

Ensures that staff is effectively utilized to meet the J6 strategic, operational, organizational needs and customer expectations; structuring assignments to create effective positions. Provides supervision and oversight of civilian, and contractor personnel involved in highly technical and complex efforts pertaining to the production of policy and guidance, development of long range plans and programs. Directs and supervises employees highly skilled in the customer account management, advocacy and customer relationship management discipline. Develops and maintains comprehensive operational and strategic plans and standard operating procedures regarding customer account management functions. Represents DISA J6 Enterprise/Office/Division to senior officials of the client base, providing timely and effective liaison between the DISA J6 Enterprise/Office/Division and the client.
