Contract Quality Specialist

Serve as a Contract Quality Specialist responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the contract compliance program and surveillance systems for support of U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) contracts. Responsible for developing and executing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans on a worldwide basis for contracts or agreements established by USCYBERCOM. Serve as technical expert and advisor to leadership, staff and contracting officers on matters of contract-compliance and surveillance. Develop processes and indicators used to determine contractor risk and compliance to contract quality and reliable service requirements. Responsible for developing and implementing the overall quality assurance strategy to assess the effectiveness of contractor-performed services for compliance, service, and quality assurance.
