About the role
Coordinate and schedule travel for cadre and division Area Engineer and Mega Resident Office. Performs required data collection, database maintenance and verification, develops reports and documents to present data relative to the monitoring of project activities such as schedules, budget, manpower needs, and milestone progress. Processes a wide variety and volume of planning and project management technical and administrative data needed to support the monitoring, scheduling, and reporting requirements of project managers. Assists planning and project managers in organizing and setting up project meetings. Prepares and/or assists planners and project managers in the preparation for project presentations; includes the preparation of required charts, graphs, maps, and sketches needed in support of presentations at meetings.
