Human Resources Specialist (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT)

Provide the full spectrum of management consulting and advisory services to highly complex and dynamic organizations having a wide variety of difficult positions and personnel actions, which are often sensitive. The purpose of this position is to serve as an HR Specialist providing formal and informal advice, recommendations, and technical assistance to Human Resources staff and management for assigned operations and activities.
