Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Policy, Procedures, and Secondary Dependence Section, ensuring that DPPPMB complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents Air Force Personnel Center, Operating Location with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Develops, implements, and monitors financial service operations and establishes internal accounting controls.
