EEO Specialist National Advisor (Investigator)

Serve as subject matter expert in area of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigations. Advise directors or senior leaders when new regulations are announced and how to implement them. Recommend improvements to the EEO investigating process to improve efficiency. Review investigator reports from multiple districts in the informal stage of EEO complaint processing to evaluate performance. Provide technical expertise on complex EEO cases. Ensure documents used by EEO investigators conform with current laws and/or regulations. Assess training needs of EEO investigators based on research of field offices. Assist investigators with review of problematic case files to resolve while still under ORM jurisdiction. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday flexible between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
