Supervisory Physical Security Specialist

Direct and administer CMS nationwide programs for physical security, access management and electronic security systems, including security assessments, physical access control systems, and video surveillance systems. Identify, develop, and implement physical security and access management program requirements for the agency nationwide. Establish policies and procedures, develop standards, and approve recommendations for improvement in physical security systems for all CMS components as well as Federal civilian partners ensuring compliance. Establish and implement occupant emergency standards for national response and protections. Through coordination with the Division Director, plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
