About the role
You will: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the branch, and manage/execute branch program workflow operations and development to ensure activities are efficient and effective in successfully meeting goals, objectives, commitments, and agency pillars. Manage and/or supervise, develop, coach, and/or mentor, program supervisory functions to maximize staff performance. Build and establish collaborative relationships and represent the agency in a variety of functional areas to strategically promote execution of agency pillars. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
