About the role
The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Compiles and prepares the annual operating, work, and financial plans for the program. This responsibility requires interactive knowledge of the cooperative, reimbursable, and inter-agency agreements. Collects, consolidates, and analyzes historical budgetary data in comparison to projected fiscal year program data into budget information packages used for budget planning and program allocations. Reviews monthly accounting systems data through a variety of reports and validates Status of Funds reports by performing a thorough analysis of projected end-of-year (EOY) balances. Reviews for completeness and accuracy all obligation documents, salaries/benefits assignments, travel vouchers, agreements, accounts receivable, and invoices. Responsible for reviewin
