Division Director

Ensures the Agency's contracting activities operate effectively and efficiently and are managed in accordance with the appropriate contracting regulations and policies. Monitors all contract administration, including deliverables and monthly financial progress reviews within the Division. Resolves work problems between staff within division and external to division. Works closely with OAGM senior management to perform long range planning and address all procurement needs with consideration of resources (budget and manpower), political ramifications, risk factors and time constraints. Uses expertise in review and evaluation of contracting knowledge to oversee and direct the solicitation, analysis and negotiation of new and existing proposals prepared by subordinate team members.
