About the role
Leading development and implementation of Medicare Advantage and PACE policy initiatives, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to CMS senior leadership on complex program and operational issues. Analyzing legislation, regulations, and healthcare trends to develop policies that improve access, equity, compliance, and quality within Medicare Advantage and related health plan programs. Serving as CMS’s technical authority on marketing, surveillance, and compliance issues, advising internal and external stakeholders on policy interpretation and program administration. Coordinating cross-functional projects and high-level briefings, representing MCAG in meetings with CMS leadership, HHS officials, congressional staff, and healthcare stakeholders.
