Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS)

Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. Reviews work performance of subordinates. Provides ongoing quality assurance reviews of contractor deliverables. Directs and manages collaboration with CMS business owners, partners and stakeholders to ensure processes and requirements are sufficiently documented to achieve specific outcomes.
