Interdisciplinary Sentinel Integrated Project Office Chief of Engineering

Oversees all phases of the Sentinel mega-program to ensure integration and coordination within established timeframes and maintains corporate goals and objectives, consistent with commitments and policy as well as measurable performance criteria. Identifies areas where technical issues or slippage is occurring and determines required corrective action to bring projects in line with established schedules, budget, and agency quality standards. Performs a variety of personnel management duties consisting of formulation of policies and procedures; planning for personnel staffing consistent with projected workload. Communicates and informs the NWD and executing districts, Chiefs of Engineering and Construction Division(s), and NWD Regional Business Director of significant problems and issues.
