MWR Facility Operations Assistant (Duty Manager)

Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift. Ensures that necessary supplies and equipment are available and activities are operating as scheduled. Calls and schedules staff as necessary to meet the needs of the facility. Works with staff to ensure planned events take place as scheduled. Monitors operations of facility or assigned areas of responsibility, periodically checking to identify and resolve problems that may arise. Circulates around facility, maintains proper order, warning customer of disruptive behavior. Enforces facility rules. Explains and enforces admittance policies to ensure that patrons are authorized to use the facility. In cases of deviation from usual operation, policy or procedures, brings situation to the attention of the designated supervisor or manager. Maintains a logbook with record of all significant occurrences during the shift. Responsible for the issue of change funds and control of cash. May make unscheduled cash co
