Advanced Practice Nurse

Maintain primary responsibility for patient care, while facilitating other specialty care. Maintain proper medical record documentation on patients receiving treatment. Provide group, individual and/or family teaching and counseling and/or initiates coordination of health care needs. Manage chronic health problems in accordance with existing protocol. Develops and recommend new techniques/approaches for establishing improved quality patient health care. Provide professional guidance of staff engaged in primary care functions.
