About the role
You will serve as lead technical expert in hydrologic engineering and real-time water management You will lead an engineering team, distribute workload, and provide technical coaching to meet objectives. You will coordinate the development of water control plans for complex, multi-purpose reservoir systems. You will oversee the preparation and review of technical reports, engineering studies, and operational manuals. You will direct water management operations during critical events like floods and droughts. You will prepare scopes of work, guides architect-engineer firms and performs quality assurance reviews.
