SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL SPECIALIST

This position is with the DCMO Call Center. The duties, described below, represent the major duties performed at the GS-11 level. The duties performed for developmental positions will be of limited scope and complexity to develop skills, proficiency, and work experience. Serves as a liaison to support the development of new work sites or transfers. Assists in assessing workload, personnel requirements, and systems support requirements. Develops and implements standard work processes to enhance detection and correction of errors, uniformity of procedures, and improvement of the organization’s productivity. Assists in review, preparation, and revision of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). Participates in financial systems tests, and analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of ADP applications used by the Organization.
