ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Serves as a subject matter expert focused on providing radio frequency (RF) engineering expertise to the Project Management Office (PMO) Hard Targets programs and customers. Helps to develop requirements for multi-domain operations capabilities involving the integration of RF systems with cyber platforms and infrastructure. Ensures that technical solutions chosen are not only technically sound, but meet mission requirements, and are cost-effective. Understands Federal Communications Commission (FCC) electromagnetic spectrum management policies, to include how to execute tests within FCC regulations (using allowed bands and power restrictions per band). Provides technical inputs to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and other contracting actions to ensure that technical requirements, particularly those related to RF engineering. Evaluates and helps guide technical implementations and solutions of Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) products for use in RF app
