Financial Programs Advisor

Serves as primary financial advisor, providing expert guidance, advice, and recommendations on financial matters, policies, and regulations for assigned portfolio programs. Develops and implements internal controls and procedures to ensure proper funds management and execution of appropriations, preventing over-obligation or misuse of funds. Analyzes and executes current and long-range operating plans, providing evaluative materials to technical specialists for the effective direction of assigned programs. Programs, justifies, and analyzes operating resources to ensure requirements are met and programs are fully obligated in compliance with all regulations.
