Supervisory Financial Manager

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Designs and delivers appropriate data to key officials at all levels of management to aid in achieving the most effective program and financial management. Advises management officials from a financial point of view and serves as the technical expert on the financial aspects of all matters. Serves as a subject matter expert in multiple administrative functions and provides clear and definitive advice in an authoritative manner. Serves as financial advisor to the AC Deputy Administrator, RMS Director, and other members of the Animal Care Management Team (ACMT). Develops internal guidance for the appropriate use and monitoring of cost distribution systems to ensure reporting is consistent with Congressional mandates.
