Equal Employment Manager

Interprets and applies Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, rules, regulations, policies to provide advice and assistance to Commanders, Managers, Supervisors, and staff. Ensures civilian EEO complaints are processed in accordance with regulatory procedures. Ensures Human Resource policy, rules, and laws are followed. Ensures the efficient and effective execution of the EEO program within applicable policies, rules, and laws.
