IT Specialist

Manage a large amount of software procurements and license certifications for Engineering Division (EN Division). Designs and programs efficient and effective applications through optimal use of reusable components. Provide advice and guidance pertinent to corporate database IT equipment, software, current and potential applications, and the operation and maintenance of the system (s). Utilize Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) to create Hardware/Software QMS processes for procurement and delivery of hardware/software components. Conducts research to identify suitable laptop models that meet operational requirements and compatibility with existing systems. Provide staff assistance, advice, and guidance, and conducts broad and intensive studies both in the administrative and technical areas, concerning the use of the multiple database management systems and the most current technology available for use.
