About the role
You will ensure nuclear work is executed to the required standard, on time and within budget. You will establish and manage a Quality Program that maintains required standards and improves performance. You will provide extensive technical and administrative supervision to a staff responsible for developing, engineering, implementing and managing quality control programs for the Production Resources and Operations Department. You will identify and initiate nuclear process improvement actions. You will review nuclear worker and supervisor qualification requirements and training courses. You will review revised and new nuclear instructions to determine effect on nuclear operations. You will make field inspections to determine design requirements and the adequacy of existing engineering and design features and to assure conformance to plans and specifications. You will plan and assign work, ensure timely completion and quality of work.
