ENGINEER

You will lead and manage the Department’s new initiatives in the technology area of Subsea and Seabed Warfare, specifically focusing on Undersea Robotic and Autonomous Systems. You will formulate initiatives that support senior Navy leadership capability goals and assesses their progress toward completion. You will serve as a senior technical manager for the Department Technology Officer, recommending/implementing specific tasking towards artifacts that include the Department’s strategic plan, technology roadmaps, and external partnership engagement. You will lead specific initiatives as the senior technical manager, applying systems engineering/project management principles in the execution of the effort to drive discrete deliverables and internal investment proposals to generate new capability.
