About the role
You will be responsible for providing project management for the government and contractor teams and providing engineering assistance in the maintenance, installation, fabrication, testing and evaluation. You will serve as a Team Lead for Combat Systems Naval Technical Representative (CS-NTR) during planning, execution and testing phases of Aegis modernization availabilities. You will provide oversight monitoring, and reporting status for Ship Alterations (SHIPALT), and Temporary Alterations (TEMPALT), Non-Permanent Changes, executed by the Lead Maintenance Activity (LMA), and Alteration Installation Team (AIT). You will ensure adherence to safety, technical, environmental, and production process requirements. Proper completion of inspection and installation check-point records under the Test and Inspection Plan (TIP) report, as required.
