About the role
You will provide technical oversight and guidance of internal process standardization, inputs into leadership briefs, resourcing, manning, product development, and data, databases, and tools. You will ensure waterfront readiness through disciplined data driven, standardized process across the organization to turn today’s fleet issues into sustainment improvements and track issues to closure with OQE. You will collaborate with Program Offices (NAVAIR, NAVWAR, PEOs, IWS, etc.), Platform Managers, SDMs, TWHs, Warfare Center ISEAs, Planning Yard, PMR, Hull Managers, NAVSUP, DLA, TYCOM, RMC, ISIC, SURMEPP, USFFC/PACFLEET, OPNAV, Ship’s Force, Corona. You will manage Readiness Planning and Execution activities for TPS, contracts (PSS, Special Projects, SBIRs, etc.), and funding to Warfare Centers and other organizations, as applicable. You will lead, participate, or support Readiness related forums (Strike Team, SSC, PESC, Star Board, MMPR, HME Sustainment/ERM, Sustainment Maintenance Summit
