FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will perform duties as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA), including reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers for accuracy and compliance. You will help travelers resolve common Defense Travel Program (DTS) issues and provide administrative support for the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program. You will perform analysis and review of transactions for reimbursable and direct appropriated funds. You will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, Desk Guides, Checklists, etc. for a variety of complex segments of financial management. You will direct or gather key supporting documentation as required for external audit samples, internal reviews, and tri-annual review for reimbursable and direct budget and financial process and transactions. You will utilize accounting and interfaced systems (e.g., Navy ERP, CFMS, WAWF/iRAPT, DTS) to research routine transactions, retrieve data for reports, and process entries.
