About the role
The tour of duty for this position is: Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Hours may change due to Operational Needs of Management. This position is designated as "Emergency/Essential" and will be required to report to work during emergencies and inclement weather situations. Work schedule may require some occasional mandatory overtime on holidays and weekends. Responsibilities: Air Conditioning System Installation and Maintenance: Keeps up a variety of commercial and industrial systems to locate and check elements such as those which control low side and high side pressure, the temperature of the cooling units, the temperatures of the liquid and suction lines and the running time of the various mechanisms. Examines for the probability of leaks by visual and audible examination of equipment components, by utilizing prescribed test procedures and equipment and by the exploration of probable reasons for equipment failure.
