About the role

The incumbent manages data centers and oversees disaster recovery and continuity of operations. This position supports the Office of the Chief Information Officer, providing authoritative advice and recommendations regarding information technology (IT) throughout the agency. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance. MAJOR DUTIES: Leadership and Managerial Responsibilities (50%) The incumbent serves as Chief of the Infrastructure Management Branch (IMB) and is responsible for managing AOC's information technology infrastructure. As such, activities include the evaluation of new technologies, establishing standards, procedures and service-level agreements and providing a range of technical support services including requirements analysis, acquisition, installation, and people management.
