About the role
Tour of duty is: 3rd shift Wednesday (night) to Saturday (night) 8:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. This is an Essential-Employee Position. The employee will be required to report to work during emergencies AND inclement weather situations. Work schedule may require some occasionally mandatory overtime on holidays AND weekends. Services Electronic Sensing and Control Systems: Maintains, evaluates, adjusts and repairs existing electronic sensing and control equipment in support of HVAC operations. Installs, operates, maintains, calibrates and troubleshoots sensors, actuators, device controllers and related interface with building equipment. This includes hard-wired and wireless sensing equipment. Monitors the ongoing performance, operates DDC software and makes recommendations for interface improvement. Installs, modifies, operates, maintains, calibrates, evaluates, troubleshoots, adjusts and repairs Direct Digital Controls (DDC) components downstream of building routers (RS-485MSTP- ARCNET) networ
