IT Product Manager

Engage with customer agencies to perform needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business processes, solutions, practices, products, services, or strategies. Provide input to the research, design, development, and delivery of new and existing products. Synthesize user research and data into consumable artifacts for leadership and stakeholders. Define customer and stakeholder needs and constraints, clarifies objectives, develops resource requirements, and makes appropriate trade-offs between resources, priorities and schedule.
