Supervisory Space Management Specialist

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Administration and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Collaborates on the formulation of short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives. Prepares comprehensive recommendations regarding the development and/or modification of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Ensures effective and efficient coordination on lease actions. Oversees the development of in-house cost estimates. Coordinates the preparation of technical planning documents, reports, and justifications. Ensure lessors are complying with the terms and conditions of the lease and deficiencies corrected. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates based on priorities and establishes performance expectations for staff members.
