About the role
Analyzes and evaluates program-level financial data to formulate, justify, and execute budgets for organizational missions. Conducts detailed analyses of program operations, identifying significant deviations from objectives, and recommending corrective actions to management based on qualitative and quantitative findings. Gathers and interprets complex data from various sources to prepare and present reports, briefings, and justifications on program performance, resource utilization, and cost-benefit outcomes. Advises management and program officials on the interpretation and application of administrative policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure program objectives are met in a compliant and effective manner. Serves as the first-line supervisor for Regulatory Administrative Technicians, planning and assigning work, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, recommending personnel actions, identifying training needs.
