Supervisory Nurse (Medical/Surgical)

Assign work to subordinates based on scope of practice and matches the complexity of work with the experience of the employee. Coordinate comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Medical/Surgical Unit. Manage enrollment of staff in the Occupational Health Monitoring Program to ensure safety compliance. Make frequent rounds of work units to evaluate quality of patient care and to ensure overall patient safety and welfare.
