Management Analyst

Develop procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing effectiveness of CM’s budget control systems. Identify and define the Center’s procurement and budget challenges and issues and provides alternative approaches to the solutions. Review, analyze, and assess the effectiveness of CM in meeting established goals and objectives in relation to program operations, overall management perspective, and financial and budgetary requirements. Serve as the principal contact with other Central Office, Regional Office, and other agencies on issues involving CM’s administrative/program budget and operational plans.
