PROGRAM ANALYST

You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs. You will evaluate Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports in support of process improvement programs. You will plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and program effectiveness. You will develop recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program noncompliance and reverse adverse trends. You will coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned, and coordinates department level audit responses You will apply a wide range of program management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives.
