About the role
In this position, the incumbent will serve as the training coordinator for the division. Prepares narrative and statistical data; analyzes information; identifies progress, deficiencies and problems, and conducts studies, as directed. Completes training associated metrics on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as directed. Acts as the administrator the training website, ensuring new employees are added and assigned the appropriate courses. Tracks and monitors progress of annual mandatory training, as well as, required training such as supervisory training and CES courses. Interacts with headquarter, division supervisors, and employees on training matters, answering questions and providing guidance. Manages intern progress reports to ensure program requirements are met and documentation is completed.
