About the role
You will serve as a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator-SARC and be responsible for serving as Field Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs), and assist the HQWL Service Center (SC) and the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program Manager (PM) located in Commandant (CG-1111) in implementing the Coast Guard SAPR Program. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Tracking victims' services from initial report to resolution. Leading, training, supervising, and mentoring victim advocacy staff. Developing and implementing sexual assault prevention and response program policies, procedures, and guidance.
