Nurse (Clinical/Ambulatory)

Establish priorities for patient care and evaluate patients progress toward high-level wellness. Screen patient charts to assess the medical history and determine health care needs. Execute or ensure the completion of orders from health care providers. Assist health care providers with examinations and procedures. Prepare and administer oral, subcutaneous, intra-muscular and intravenous medications. Identify and report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms and the need for follow-up.
