About the role

Performs wide range of supply maintenance actions such as bar tagging, new and "found on installation" property book additions (FOI), within district property transfers, turn-ins and disposal management, etc. Determines stock levels needed for non-recurring, specialized items based on usage, inventory, project demands, seasonal demands, changing customer needs and projected depletions. Processes Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPLs). Completes supply requisitions and identifies potential discrepancies and takes action to resolve problems. Conducts extensive and exhaustive research of catalog databases to locate more cost effective, available substitutes and new products. Conducts physical and administrative inventories of a broad range of specialized items, some of which are difficult to identify and/or differentiate from others. Reviews, approves and classifies all Purchase Requests. Enters data into multiple databases. Prepares recurring and special reports and
