About the role
As the Director of Protocol, plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Protocol office, ensuring that Protocol activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Serves as the principal advisor on all protocol matters, to the Commander and President, Air University to plan, organize, and direct the full range of protocol activities for Air University. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work of subordinate employees. Develops, directs and executes comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions and activities requiring the periodic direction and involvement of AU and or base installation.
