Supervisory Health Systems Specialist

Provides the full range of supervision, through one subordinate supervisor. Identifies employee development and training needs; provides and/or arranges for corrective action/training if a subordinate fails to meet established standards during interim evaluations; develops and implements an improvement plan. Represents Military Medical Support Office (MMSO) by presenting formal briefings to senior Headquarters personnel within the direct chain of DHA regarding the role of MMSO. Analyze and define priorities, and document detailed financial requirements for the execution of the budget. Coordinates MMSO operations with those of other Armed Services, Navy, DoD and Federal Government organizations tasked to assist MMSO in execution of its mission.
