Nurse (Ambulatory Care)

Perform nursing triage to determine the appropriate level of care. Manage acute and episodic healthcare concerns, health maintenance and promotion, disease prevention and management, patient education, case management, and coordination of care for patients throughout the healthcare system. Analyze assessment data to determine patient care needs. Perform procedures, treatment, and medication administration. Provide oversight and mentorship to paraprofessional and newly assigned staff. Assist providers with procedures and treatments as needed.
