Human Resources Assistant (Military/Office Automation)

Reviews and edits performance evaluations and fitness reports. Creates and maintains a fitness report database. Provides advice on workflow including routine correspondence, as well as control and operation procedures to increase efficiency. Serves as the command expert on administration and policies and procedures. Makes an extensive review and analysis of all correspondence to include evaluations and fitness reports.
